RA Assistant

To compile, review, and submit dossiers to different Regulatory Bodies (i.e. ASIAN, AFRICAN, ANVISA, LATAM, EU, US & other Regulatory as well as non regulated bodies)
Needs:
- knowledge of CTD and ACTD dossier preparation
- To review all documents required to submit for dossier
- To compile and submit dossier with all legal and technical requirements
- To follow up with client and marketing for current status of the dossier
- To follow up with F&D and Production for Sample preparation
- To track all the details of life cycle of the dossier
- To response query raised by the Regulatory body on timely manner
- To coordinate with all concern department
- To support packing department for the development of artwork according to country guideline
- To apply all legal documents required to submit for the dossier, (i.e. COPP, Product permission, FSC, etc.)

QA Assistant
Ahmedabad, India
Monitor and control materials, components needed in plant for efficient running of plant.
Needs:
- Coordinate with production control department regarding stock of material.
- Order material and components needed as per the job card accurately and make them available at machines as and when required.
- Checking the quality of incoming and returned materials and component as per specification.
- Identify mistakes and taking appropriate corrective and preventive action.
- Continuously improving system and services to supply material and components in order to increase efficiency.
- Setting, Operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of filling and other machineries in the plant.
- In process inspection of product as per specification and taking corrective and preventive action as required.
- Ensure that output meets quality standards at stipulated field and production rates.
- Accurately record fields and labor times for each job.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate consumable stock levels.
- Allocate workload against available staff and plan effectively in order to avoid bottlenecks or clashes over equipment within his/her area.
- Maintain an up-to-date and visible skills matrix for those reporting to him, with training planned, checked and logged in Individual Training Records.
